Nurkhayat Santosa

Nurkhayat Santosa, S.E., S.H., M.H. has extensive work experience in finance, human resources, and election supervision and administration. Nurkhayat also served as a Commissioner at the Banten Provincial Information Commission and as a Commissioner at the Banten Provincial General Elections Commission (KPU). During the same period, he was also assigned to the Regional Audit Team for the KPU within the Election Organizer Honorary Council.

Nurkhayat currently practices as an advocate and has handled the 2024 Legislative Election Results Dispute as the KPU's legal counsel at the Constitutional Court and the 2024 Regional Election dispute.
