Ronlybert is an Advocate and Legal Consultant with extensive expertise in bankruptcy, curatorship, debt restructuring, collections, and risk management, with a strong focus on the banking and financing sectors. With professional experience since 1997 in the banking industry, he has handled strategic remedial and collection functions, providing deep insight into credit asset quality, non-performing loan recovery, and legally compliant collateral execution.
He regularly advises and represents banks and financing companies in credit recovery strategies, enforcement of mortgage rights (Hak Tanggungan) through KPKNL, civil and criminal litigation related to financing, and the preparation of legal opinions and commercial agreements.
