He also plays a key role in strengthening governance and compliance structures, including advisory work on regulatory compliance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
In dispute resolution, Anom is experienced in designing litigation strategies and managing cases from inception through enforcement. His work includes the preparation of comprehensive litigation documents such as claims, defenses, replies, rejoinders, and closing submissions, as well as coordinating evidentiary processes involving documents, witnesses, and expert testimony. He also oversees follow-up legal remedies to ensure that court decisions are clearly positioned and effectively executable.
Anom has further contributed to Regional Head Election Result Disputes before the Constitutional Court, where he was involved in preparing formal responses, assembling and structuring evidentiary materials, and managing demanding procedural timelines in highly competitive proceedings.
